Thank you very much for providing the Italian translation! This will be great for the Italian webtrees users. The provided files are working well.
In the meantime, I contiued to work on the translation and added 3 more translation strings (Frontend, Action, Tags). Would it be o.k. to for you to add those translations before I add it to the code? I attached the lates .po file with the new strings:

I've added the italian po and mo files.
Seems like POEditor hit some form of limit, so I had to do this manually with POEdit.
