KGTK integration

Add integration + documentation for pyjelly and Knowledge Graphs Tool Kit.
Basically, the title of the issue, through the dependency group, implement integration with the external library: kgtk.readthedocs.io

Some stuff on branch: GH-284/KGTK-integration.
In general, It Will not work on Windows systems (which is fine, however, needs to be mentioned + it will also not install through uv on Windows).
Approach to implement/make an adapter (or extend if possible) of KGTK parser github link here. For n-triples import (through Adapter) kgtk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/import/import_ntriples/, no extra changes would be necessary.
The KGTK itself is very similar to RDF: kgtk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/data_model/ with the exception that edges can also be nodes (it is not a problem itself with parsing; however, the data representation could be very redundant).
File specification: kgtk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/specification/ - in general, not important if we extend the parser.
