Loading saved GPD file with more that 1 GPU on a machine without a NVIDIA data display issue

When the .GPD file contains data for more than one GPU, and the .GPD loading machine does not have an NVIDIA GPU, the GPU specific utilization data is not displayed.
This does not occur if there is is only data from a single GPU.

This is related to the automatic disabling of UI elements when an NVIDIA GPU is not detected.
