Add support for protocol changes between session connect and reconnect

Current version (v1.07a1 and earlier) is unable to collect protocol metrics if the protocol type is changed during the data collection process. Ex: PCoIP -> Blast
Initial support would only be for Blast and PCoIP protocols

Planned to be included in v1.07b
