map: infinite spinner on network error.

Map should stop showing loading spinner on a connection failure. (In my case the failure was: VM1264:4 WebSocket connection to 'ws://10.0.0.127:3933/' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT)
