Emote autocomplete and other fixes

• Show favourite emotes in autocomplete
• Hide autocomplete when emotes are disabled
• Add pressing escape to hide autocomplete
• Pause every 10000 emotes so the window doesn't freeze
• Fix settings being partially saved while loading (deleting saved CSS editor state and favourite emotes until anything is saved)
• Fix up/down keys setting the index out of range when the list contains less than 10 emotes
• Fix border radius of the message input field
• Fix release dependencies not being copied properly
• Fix custom CSS file being ignored if the custom editor CSS is empty
• Fix channel members not always being rerendered to display badges
