YouTube now requires the poToken to be tied to the video ID instead of visitorData, which makes manually passing the potoken with
use_po_token=Trueuseless.Reference: FreeTubeApp/FreeTube#8137
NOTE: for some reason the MWEB client is requiring a waiting time of about 2 seconds after receiving the API response to release the download, otherwise it will throw a 403 error
