self.updates == 0 Is always true, it never gets modified, mind fixing this?

Hi! I had the same problem. The code works perfect but after a while (an hour or so) update ids get kind of messy or delayed and the only thing that prints is 'discard update'. I believe after that condition is true, and inside the "if data['U'] <= last_update_id+1 and data['u'] >= last_update_id+1:" condition, we should do self.updates + 1. Would be amazing if @Juless89 can correct us on this!
