Bug: Slow Launch

There's a noticeable pause when a search string is entered or when KNet is started. The sorting method we are using for mod tiles seems to be inefficient in some way.

While I do not know enough c# to optimize the operations, I adapted the knossos animation to make a loading animation in PR #216

Can you test again after #275 and #281 are merged? those were two should bring improvements.

The startup does seem a fast enough on my craptop now. We can always reopen later.
