this allows to pass:
-build {buildid}
-build-version {version}
-cmdline "{additional cmd arguments}"
in quicklaunch.
For example for the cmd i can now launch with this
Knossos.NET.exe -playmod goliath-down -version 999.0.0-DevEnv -exec Release -cmdline "-benchmark_mode -nomovies -start_mission gd-06.fs2"
to directly boot up the mission im currently working on
-build if not passed will default to "fso"
-build-version supports both a specific version and the special strings "newerstable", "newernightly" and "newerrc" to select the newrest ones of that condition that are installed.
