add the new features of the original Cinnamon 2.2 sound applet
to work with LinuxMint 17 Qiana
not fully tested, feel to report any issues

Just extract this release file to overwrite the current files in
~/.local/share/cinnamon/applets/sound-with-apps-volume@koutch
