- Add general ignore values back to property descriptor
- Add convertPropertyDescriptorToJson and converPropertyValidatorToJson to SNDService so they can be removed from experiment module. Used jackson marshalling.
- Move all marshalling/un-marshalling to SNDServiceImpl
