Selection bar for the regions you own

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There needs to be a filter accross the regions you currently own.
It should be clear:

• which regions are the newest - just bought, the utilization period (regionBegin) hasn't started yet
• which regions are currently in the utilization period (between regionBegin and regionEnd)
• don't show regions are already in the past (regionEnd has expired a long time ago)

Describe the solution you'd like
Change it to something that looks like this: (note if you have an idea for better design / implementation feel free to do it better, pictures here are the ugly old versions, keep the cute current pictures of cores)

There's an added element of complexity where when you split your core in any way, it also disappears from the "my cores" section. There is also nothing shown in the overall transaction history and "my" transaction history for splitting cores.

Flow:

• I selected core 61 (expired, in the past)
• I split the core in alternating way
• then I get this view, and see no history of doing the action
