hugo.mod should not be added here since it's a manual step when creating a new site from the example site: https://github.com/Lednerb/bilberry-hugo-theme?tab=readme-ov-file#option-1-recommended-adding-the-theme-as-a-hugo-module.

Currently when previewing the example site (v4) you get
404 Not found.This PR fixes this issue.
This PR also resolves warnings about usage of raw html when previewing the example site.
