Support mouse back and forward button via implementating ExtendedMouseButtons #686

Currently libvncserver does not handle mouse forward and back button, it is because PointerEvent of RFB proto does not contain bits for them.

RFB proto has ExtendedMouseButtons, which have bits for mouse back and forward, we should implement it.
