Describe the Bug

A security fix was applied to prevent elevation of privileges when running Sunshine as a service and the elevation tool does not appear to work properly when using those commands.

Expected Behavior

Elevated commands should prompt for UAC, if the user does not have UAC enabled, they will not function.
