Updated the README.md to reflect the current state of the codebase. This includes detailing the new flags available in bootstrap.sh, listing new tools that have been added to pipecatapp/tools/, and describing the distributed split inference architecture enabled by the expert and llamacpp-rpc Nomad jobs.
