Resolved source + pbxproj conflicts. Source resolutions: - NightscoutServiceKit/NightscoutService.swift: kept DIY (preserves 60-line APNS response feature with RemoteNotificationResponseManager from commit 0ca2c08). pbxproj: only conflicts were preserving LOCALIZATION_PREFERS_STRING_CATALOGS = YES in two XCBuildConfiguration blocks (rule 5). No source-file refs in conflict.
