Implement DH Devourer Metamorphosis with +- values

Implement DH Devourer Metamorphosis with approximated +- values just to have it be detected properly by the addon and prevent any resets to 0 offset and other such issues. In preparation for the full Metamorphosis detection rewrite that works in combat etc.
