[Data]: Upload CCI v4 to NASA MAAP

CCI version 4 AGB maps for years 2016,2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. 

Recently released by ESA

Data is currently in my private bucket in the "Data" folder

Public (see https://climate.esa.int/en/odp/#/project/biomass)

Used for forest carbon stock estimations

The maps will need to be uploaded on the Biomass Harmonization Dashboard.
