- Updates "searching the STAC catalog" tutorial
- Removes a lot of the hardcoded values, but adds back in a simple example at the bottom
- Updates some of the language used around MAAP STAC

Oh yeah! Should we add the "Run This Notebook" section? I think we included it in the few other technical tutorial updates we've done so far |

I thought about it, should we add it? It doesn't need to be ran within the ADE since it's using the STAC catalog |
