Looks good except I would change
"Fixed double-submit errors in the Jobs UI: MAAP-Project/Community#663"
To be in the Added section and say:
"Submit Job button disables after submit to prevent users double submitting jobs: MAAP-Project/Community#663"
And add to the fixed section:
"Fixed bug where username was not attached to job unless you opened the View Jobs tab before submitting: MAAP-Project/Community#866" (I think this should have been in an earlier release, but the images weren't building successfully)
