- needed analysis/__init__.py so that setup.py would automagically add the package directory - closes #552

The fix works and the analysis tests are now included. The test failures are something else and are weird and related to I am going to merge this into develop and then we'll need to look at what else is happening. Sigh. Note to self: never "do a quick hack in the morning". |
