This is an failed attempt at backporting modern Minecraft's blurred background system to older versions if anyone would like to continue working on it you're most welcomed it should boot till the main menu and even the blur effect should work but not in the correct way.

This brings 1.21's new gui background system to later versions of Minecraft! So that you can stop seeing the ugly dirt background.

Once you see the transparent background you can't unsee the dirt background
