As a result of the Env Canada URL update being made in PR MagicMirrorOrg/MagicMirror#3919, the doc for the Weather module must by updated for the envcanada Provider. Specifically, the URL specified for users to determine their SiteCode and ProvCode must reflect the updated Environment Canada URL structure.
