The MegaPi firmware has optional code available for Com1 (USB cable) to manually setup the board. This feature is restricted to Com1. The routine for Bluetooth for MegaPi has not been written yet. When the Bluetooth routine is ready, the firmware could take advantage of it to have wireless setup. The optional code does not work on Com2. If it did, terminal software could have control. Otherwise, Python-for-Pi could have a feature for interactive serial with the MegaPi.
