Syntax highlighting for inline code

Current: Some inline code (no syntax highlighting for inline code)

Suggested: provide syntax highlight for inline code as well

This is a useful feature. Implementation-wise, may involve quite a bit of effort. Some signposts for interested contributors:

• A distinct and satisfactory MarkBind syntax should be proposed (would also be influenced by how you implement it).
• Knowledge of markdown-it (for code highlighting) and markdown-it's extensions (possibility for MarkBind syntax extension) would be useful for implementation of this issue.

Syntax-wise, these might work but not sure how hard they are to implement:

Note the line <code lang="java">String x = ""</code> in the code.

• Kramdown syntax:

  `Redcarpet.new("Hello World!")`{:.ruby}

  In GitHub comment, renders as: Redcarpet.new("Hello World!"){:.ruby}

• Pandoc syntax:

  `Redcarpet.new("Hello World!")`{.ruby}

  In GitHub comment, renders as: Redcarpet.new("Hello World!"){.ruby}

• Stack Overflow syntax, which is a HTML comment:

  <!-- language: lang-ruby -->

  The advantage is that HTML comments won't be rendered.
