The Release Script has following work
- Produce Release Notes
- Break the script to more manageable functions
- Remove redundant information from the report (like showing 0 build states for all repo arch combination, showing x fro not present, etc)
- Consider how pkg changes can be tracked when no version change is done
- Avoid downloading meta info if available, give choice
