Support for plugins

In its current state (7d6ce23), the unity example does not include plugins.

This issue (and this repo) doesn't get much love. This issue is a low priority because of the discussion in MengeCrowdSim/Menge#91; it seems like a solution is spelled out, even if it's a bit tedious. I'd love it if someone wanted to simply create a PR that formalizes those changes in this repo. I don't know when I'd have the time to do it.
