Note

Low Risk
Small, additive chain-ID mappings only; no auth, security, or behavioral logic changes beyond enabling Robinhood Chain for multicall balances and native pricing.

Overview
Adds Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663, hex 0x1237) to the same chain-registry pattern used for other EVM networks.

In @metamask/assets-controller, MulticallClient maps 0x1237 to the standard Multicall3 deploy (0xcA11…CA11) so RPC balance batching can run on that chain instead of treating it as unsupported.

In @metamask/assets-controllers, the shared multicall.ts table gets the same Multicall3 entry, and codefi-v2.ts maps the chain’s native asset to eip155:4663/slip44:60 (ETH). Unreleased changelog notes document both package changes.
