sentinel-api-service was missing lint:tsconfigs and lint:tsconfigs:fix after #8384 was merged.

Overview
Adds lint:tsconfigs and lint:tsconfigs:fix to @metamask/sentinel-api-service’s package.json, using the same shared ../../scripts/lint-tsconfigs/lint-tsconfigs.mts entry points as other packages.

This brings the package in line with the monorepo convention introduced in #8384 so tsconfig lint can run locally and in CI for this package too.
