Overview
Bumps the quickstart skills compatibility note from CLI v5.2.0 to v5.2.1.

Predict documentation is expanded to match richer CLI error handling: the error-codes page now states that predict failures expose per-code hint fields and documents many new codes (auth, allowance, order sizing, FOK fills, geoblock, withdraw/redeem/cancel cases). Troubleshooting adds guidance for PREDICT_INSUFFICIENT_GAS (POL detection vs generic PREDICT_ERROR), PREDICT_ORDER_SIZE_TOO_SMALL, and PREDICT_ORDER_NOT_FILLED (FOK vs GTC).
