Nullpointer crash when Industrial Foregoing Potion brewer is filled with Water bottles

Hi there,
We have the following crash on FTB Revelations v3.2.0.

Reproduction:
Put vanilla water bottles into Potion Brewer (Industrial Foregoing mod).

I think the issue occured when I shift clicked water bottles from my inventory and one water bottle went into the energy slot of the machine.

I have the same problem in Stoneblock 2 I was trying to make an automated brewing system for growing crystals and after shift-clicking, a water bottle into the potion brewer the game crashed and I can't load the world any longer. PLEASE fix this issue ASAP
