Add gif to visually explain state/variants

I was unsure on any contribution policy for this repository.

I had a minor difficulty reading the explanation of https://github.com/Moddable-OpenSource/moddable/blob/master/documentation/piu/piu.md#reusing-textures , a visual aid might be helpful.

Or some similar image would help.

Thanks for the good suggestion. Contributions are welcome. We use the Apache CLA. Copies of that are in moddable/licenses in the repository.
