Improve CLI discovery, system info, and distribution

Summary

• add an interactive, colorized Picocli/JLine CLI with responsive non-truncating tables
• add system capability discovery, dependency snippets, detailed model views, and tag aliases
• expose the same tag aliases on modeljars.org and update CLI/front-page documentation
• strengthen native release smoke tests across all supported platforms

Validation

• ./gradlew check verifyCatalog
• npm test (110/110)
• GraalVM native build and installed CLI end-to-end checks on macOS ARM64
• git diff --check

Release

Intended for v0.1.9, including GitHub release assets, GitHub Packages, Maven Central, Homebrew, Scoop, and SDKMAN when vendor credentials are available.
