在windows平台上 使用npm安装的kimi 0.17.1版本 在使用kimi web命令时显示spawn EFTYPE，服务器未打开；
使用kimi进入kimi code tui后，使用/web斜杠命令 同样提示Error: Failed to start server: spawn EFTYPE
在wsl上使用脚本安装版不存在该问题，尚不清楚其他平台和安装方式下的表现
