fix(tui): stabilize Bash card height and distinguish command from output - #1419
Merged
Conversation
Keep the command preview in the body after the result lands so a multi-line command with short output no longer collapses the card. Render the command in textDim with a shellMode $ and the result one shade dimmer in textMuted, and simplify the header to "Running a command" / "Ran a command".

Problem
The Bash tool card streamed the (potentially multi-line) command into the body while running, then dropped it entirely once the result landed, so a multi-line command with short output collapsed the card height in one frame. The command and its output were also hard to tell apart, and the header repeated the first line of the command in parentheses.
What changed
Keep the command preview in the body after the result lands so the card height stays stable across running to done. Render the command and its output on separate shades (command in textDim with a shellMode $ prompt, the result one step dimmer in textMuted) and drop the redundant parenthesized command from the header, which now reads "Running a command" / "Ran a command".
