Problem

Finish the 0.6.6 extension release (version already bumped on main by the changesets run, but not yet published to the marketplace) so the sign-in wording fix ships in it.

What changed

• Folded fix(vscode): reword the sign-in waiting message to authentication #2402 into the unreleased 0.6.6 changelog entry: the sign-in waiting message now reads "Waiting for authentication" instead of "Waiting for authorization". 0.6.6 already carries fix(vscode): keep sign-in reachable from the no-models screen #2393 (no-models sign-in path fix) and the SDK 0.15.0 dependency bump.
• Removed the pending .changeset/vscode-login-waiting-wording.md: its content is folded into 0.6.6 here, and keeping it would make the next changesets-driven release bump the extension a second time.
• No version change in this PR — apps/vscode stays at the 0.6.6 that main already has, since 0.6.6 has not been published yet.
