No way to change the order of requests

Describe the bug
Adding requests adds a request to the end of the collection. There is no way to move this request within the collection

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. click the "Add request" button and a new request will be added to the end of the collection
2. Try to move the newly added request . . . impossible (currently)

Expected behavior
Dragging the request with the mouse to a new position should be possible

  Present an option to move the request where the user can choose the position of the request within the collection
