OMERO tagsearch & OMERO autotag improvements

There are opened issues in tagsearch and autotag that could be addressed during the hackathon

Beginner friendly:
German-BioImaging/omero-tagsearch#22 → filtering image/dataset/... results for specific users
German-BioImaging/omero-autotag#1 → Auto Tagging of other data structures (dataset, project, plate, screen)

Advanced:
German-BioImaging/omero-tagsearch#2 → allow search in KV pairs, requires rethinking the UI
German-BioImaging/omero-tagsearch#24 → add support to ROIs in tagsearch
German-BioImaging/omero-tagsearch#23 → Filtering of objects from annotation on parent objects
German-BioImaging/omero-autotag#19 → issue with large number of tags in a group
