The contrib.multilingual to contrib.batch_scan rename is internally complete: no stale module/path references remain, module invocation resolves under the new package, and README/.env guidance accurately covers static, LLM, and multi-key batch usage. Source logic is unchanged apart from path references.

The batch scanner (merged in #100) is hard to discover — it lives under contrib/multilingual/ with no mention in the main README. This PR fixes that.

Why batch_scan?
The directory name should tell users what the feature does. "multilingual" is an implementation detail — "batch_scan" is the actual value prop: scan entire directories of skills in parallel.
