Rebased onto current main from forge-8255-monitoring-health-docs. Renamed service/CLI/path/config tokens to match main (nico-api, nico-admin-cli, /opt/nico, nico-api-site-config); kept carbide_* metric names as main currently emits them. Placed under the Operations nav.
