- Fix issue with Optional tasks within the dynamic forks
- Reorganize code around above
- Fix an issue where the task inputs are getting mixed up with other instances when using task template due to a concurrency bug
- Fix the bug where workflows where marked as completed if the last task is a decision task but one of the decision fork task has failed and is scheduled for retry.
Sync up with Master
… task fails which is part of a decision task and the failed task has retries set.
