Description:
For users belonging to the same queue who didn't answer the call, the call is logged as missed, and NethLink also displays the notification (dot indicator), while in CTI they are reported in the register among missed calls.

This behavior appears to be controlled by the "Mark calls answered elsewhere" parameter, set to Yes on the queue. Physical phones that handle this parameter correctly don't log the call as missed, and the app shows it as "answered elsewhere", which is the expected behavior.

Steps to reproduce:

Set the "Mark calls answered elsewhere" parameter to Yes on the queue.

Initiate a call to the queue with multiple users.

Answer the call from one of the users.

Check the call log and notifications in NethLink and the app.

Current behavior:
The call is marked as missed for other users in the queue who didn't answer, even though one of them did answer.

Expected behavior:
The call should be marked as "answered elsewhere" and not logged as missed for the other users.
