NethVoice: Settings page does not update after completing first configuration wizard

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install NethVoice on a node where the NethVoice Proxy is NOT installed.
2. Open the module UI by clicking the Configure button in the notification that appears at the end of NethVoice installation.
3. Complete the first configuration wizard.

Expected Behavior
The Settings page should reload its content and display the NethVoice settings form.

Actual Behavior
The Settings page does not reload and the "NethVoice Proxy needs to be installed before configuring NethVoice" notification is displayed instead.
