I periodically go through my NPM and check that all the hosts etc are as I expect them to be, and tidy up anything not being used.
I had a stream that I couldnt remember what it was for, as it just states a port number on screen, and had to go to my router to read the description of the port forwarding there.
It would be really useful if streams had a one line description field added to them so we can add context for what they are for or similar
