- Install Python 3 and
pip - Use pip to install the requirements in
requirements.txt - Get your Discord bot token from the Discord developer portal
- Set a TOKEN environment variable to your bot token (
export TOKEN="your full token here"). If you don't do so, the bot will prompt you for a token every time you launch it. - Run
python3 bot.py
