Update some todo icons

• Changed Cakes icon from a regular vanilla cake to Crab-Colored Century Cake.
• Changed Godpot icon from the legacy god potion to the newer one.
  • This won't have a visual difference unless a resource pack has a different texture for the old one vs the new one.
• Changed Cookie Buff icon from regular vanilla cookie to Booster Cookie.
  • This will only add an enchantment glint without any resource packs, but resource packs with a custom booster cookie texture should use their texture here now, and as a FurfSky user that has always bothered me when it used vanilla cookie texture.
• Made code formatting for the Free Rift Infusion consistent with the rest of the todos.
