Subsequent G5 citation-verifier observability (T1+T2+v6.8.7.1 via PRs #122/#124/#125/#126/#127/#128) provides operational visibility into the A3-enabled verifier path. EXA_WEB_TOOLS=true graduated 2026-05-12 (closed Issue #41). This document retained for implementation history.
