This migration is incorrectly set as "Nothing to do". These lines should be attended renaming groups:

NEW res.groups: survey.group_survey_manager
NEW res.groups: survey.group_survey_user
DEL res.groups: base.group_survey_manager
DEL res.groups: base.group_survey_user
